Fr. David Frederici is a priest of the Diocese of Fall River, Massachusetts, ordained in 2001 after earning his M.Div. from St. John’s Seminary. He currently serves as Vicar General of the Diocese, Rector of St. Mary of the Assumption Cathedral, and Pastor of both St. Stanislaus Parish and Good Shepherd Parish in Fall River. Throughout his ministry, Fr. Frederici has been deeply engaged in the Church’s evangelizing mission, serving in a variety of roles including Diocesan Director of Campus Ministry, college chaplain, hospital chaplain, and parish priest. He is known for his thoughtful preaching, collaborative leadership, and deep commitment to forming disciples through Word, Sacrament, and Service. Actively involved in parish and diocesan renewal initiatives, Fr. Frederici was part of the pilot group for the Rebuilt Parish coaching program, helping to guide communities toward vibrant, mission-driven parish life. His work reflects a strong belief that evangelization begins with authentic relationships and a joyful witness to the Gospel in everyday life.
